When you place an order, MarketNest sends a confirmation message. After that, the seller checks stock and prepares the item for delivery. If a product is unavailable, the seller reaches out to offer an alternative or a refund. Therefore, you always stay informed throughout the process.

Delivery times vary based on your location and the seller’s readiness. Additionally, factors such as weather, holidays, and transport delays may affect delivery. Once the courier delivers the order to the address you entered, the delivery counts as complete. For this reason, you should ensure that your address and contact information are accurate.

You may request a return if the item arrives damaged, defective, or different from its description. You must submit the request within seven days. After MarketNest reviews the case, we refund you through the same payment method. However, items such as perishables, intimate goods, and custom products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
